Heading up privacy efforts is Quinn Jalli, Privacy Officer and Vice President of ISP Relations. Quinn brings five-plus years industry experience, and, most recently, he served as the Director of Privacy and ISP Relations at Digital Impact. Quinn has represented Fortune 500 clients to the major ISPs, and has spearheaded successful efforts to establish industry-leading deliverability rates. Quinn has also played a key role in the formative process of CAN-SPAM, as he has worked with key member of Congress and the Federal Trade Commission on the law and its regulations.
Universal Compliance & Suppression File Management
When an opt-out request is made at any point in your enterprise, the request is recorded in our sophisticated compliance platform. The pioneering technology was designed to automate the entire opt-out communication and list suppression process across hundreds of Advertisers and Publishers. Once implemented, it’s business as usual. NetMargin quietly works behind the scenes and keeps an audit trail of all unsubscribe activity.
The Suppression File Management Systems provide Advertisers with a turnkey solution to create, manage, and distribute suppression files from a central location. The system is integrated within our network, meaning the technology is already in place and currently being used across the entire industry.
NetMargin employs the tools necessary to closely monitor which partners are actively downloading suppression files, as well as monitor all activity to those files. This, along with From and Subject Line monitoring, encourages full participation in a universal compliance program while minimizing fraud and abuse.
Compliance Monitoring
Ad Networks need to provide a safe and compliant environment for both Advertisers and Publishers doing business within their network. Networks traditionally have little or no visibility into the sending quality of their publishers. This can endanger an Advertiser. Alternatively, an Advertiser may not be supplying Publishers with updated suppression files and that can negatively impact the Publisher’s Sending IPs’ reputation.
